Please be advised that as part of the their mandate for securing our Indian Lands boundaries, Indigenous Services Canada in conjunction with Natural Resources Canada will be conducting surveys for the exterior boundaries of the Federally registered Oka village land lots which are part of the Kanehsatake No. 16 reserve/territorial lands over the next few weeks.
Rest assured that these surveys will in no way alter your land holdings and is simply a requirement of ISC.
