She successfully completed her Welding and Fitting training with CSSMI-SWLSB in St-Eustache. Supported by KHRO & SA. She also obtained her high school equivalency at the Kanesatake Satellite Adult Education. Erica did not have any wheels at the time and took the Oka-Express to travel to school.
